The Disney Institute

Employees who choose to pursue personal professional development via The Disney Institute may qualify for 100% reimbursement of course tuition.

The Disney Institute produces world-class leadership and customer service training for Fortune 500 companies all over the world. We have decided to give employees the opportunity to tap into this training to grow professionally and personally. Experiencing a Disney Institute course in person at Walt Disney World can be a true career changing opportunity.

In order to participate in this portion of the program, employees must have five years of full time tenure at Lake Charles Toyota and a recommendation from their supervisor that they be considered for DI training.

Employees may apply for this benefit by scheduling a meeting about it with Corey Tarver.  The employee should be prepared to discuss what they hope to get out of the class and how it will enhance their job performance in their current role at Lake Charles Toyota as well as prepare them for any future roles they desire.
